Ongoing Recording Project

Update on our recording project:

May 26th were at EMAC studio for a recording session. Professor Terry McManus continued on as our Producer. EMAC's Joe Vaughan was our Engineer and Matt Grady was our Assistant Engineer. We are so lucky to have an opportunity to work with such dedicated, professional and hard working people.

We have been blessed with the opportunity to work in the studio with our good friend, Professor Terry McManus, from the Music Industry Arts Program at Fanshawe College. Terry was integral in enlisting the assistance of the great, Jack Richardson, who helped mix some of our initial vocal tracks. We are currently working with Terry as we plan two more trips to two local recording studios to continue to work toward the completion of a charity CD. We can not thank Terry enough for the generosity he has shown us by working with us on our project. More to come on this ongoing effort. Above is Mr. Richardson at the Fanshawe controls.

The Special Olympics have wrapped up. What an incredible week! Our thanks to all of the organizers. Also thank you to the athletes for their endless energy and enthusiasm.

Efforts are underway to produce a spectacular show to kick off the opening of the 2010 Special Olympics in London this summer. The London Police Service has a long history of involvement with this very worth while cause and DUTY CALLS are proud to be a part of these games.

VIP Week - Monday March 1st to Friday March 5th

We have wrapped up our series of presentations for the LPS Community Services Values Influences and Peers Program for the year. It is always a pleasure performing for all of the grade 6 students. We are already looking forward to next year.
